RETURN & EXCHANGE

Return and Exchange are only accepted when the item you received is visibly defective or the item was sent in the wrong model/design, strictly no cash refund allowed. 

If you received goods in defective condition/wrong items, 
you have [5] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

We will check if you are eligible for return & exchange. If yes, once we received your item, we will inspect & notify you and proceed with exchange (sending a new one/correct item) to you. We can only exchange the same item and are unable to change to other items unless the specific item is out of stock. 

Return and Exchange are not accepted in the following situations : 
1)When a customer places the wrong phone model and the casing does not fit their phones.  [Eg: Your phone model is iPhone 13 Pro Max, but you mistakenly ordered iPhone 13. ]
2) Customer does not like the item

Kindly clarify those which are not counted as defect/damage as below:

• Less sensitivity of the casing buttons 

• Casing become yellow after using 

• Color look different from website

• Some printed designs may differ from every casing depends on the size of the phone model

REFUND

No cancellation, no refund, and no changes are allowed once the order is paid and confirmed.
