A: Sorry, once your order is confirmed (placed and paid), no cancellation and no refund.

Q: If I mistakenly ordered for wrong model and upon receipt of package, I just realised that it is of wrong size and does not fit my phone, can I make a return/refund/exchange request?

A: We regret to say that we do not accept returns/refund/exchange in this case as we have fulfilled your order based on your selection. If you wish to get the case for the correct phone model, you can place a separate order and we will proceed with your order after payment is made.

Q: I've placed and paid for my order. How long does it takes to ship out my parcel?

A: All Orders with ready stock items shall be shipped within 1-3 working days once payment is received. We are using J&T Express Malaysia for local shipping.
